Terms of Sale: Purchaser agrees to the use of the prepared construction drawings for the construction of one building project. Purchaser further agrees that additional use is subject to a license fee totaling 1/3 of the purchase price for each additional use. For projects constructed outside Arizona, Purchaser agrees to retain a local design professional to review the plans for local codes and ordinances, make necessary site adaptations and necessary modifications to the plans, prepare plan review corrections to the plans as required by the local building department. The local design professional will review the final completed drawings, and assume full responsibility for the content of the finished drawings, and the construction project. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless John T. Pela & Associates, Inc, its employees, owners, shareholders, and private consultants for any and all liability resulting from the content, use, and of the content of the construction drawings, of which the qualified design professional who will be responsible for its use, and code and site adaptations, shall assume full liability and responsibility for the plan document content, and project outcome. The total liability of John T. Pela & Associates, Inc. for any claims shall be limited to the amount of the stock plan fee. |
